1. Where We Ship We ship to all European Union countries including: Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, and more.
 

2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
 

3. Shipping Times Once dispatched estimated delivery times are:
 

Slovenia / Croatia 2–4 business days

Germany / Austria 3–5 business days

Rest of EU 5–8 business days
 

Please note these are estimates only. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
 

4. Shipping Costs
 

• Orders under €30 — flat rate shipping fee applies

• Orders over €30 — free shipping
   

Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout at time of launch.
 

5. Tracking All orders will be sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
 

6. Customs & Import Duties All Zappy orders ship within the European Union. No customs duties or import taxes apply for EU customers.
 

7. Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe please contact us at hello@zappypatches.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
